About the Scholarship Fund
Keven Manning, CEO of Manning and Sons Trucking, is a native of Williamsburg County and a graduate of C.E. Murray High School. The Manning and Sons Trucking Scholarship Fund was founded as a way to give back to his home county school district and support the next generation of students pursuing higher education. Manning and Sons Trucking, located in Summerville, South Carolina and Gaffney, South Carolina, awarded its first annual essay scholarship winners on May 23, 2019. Since then, the scholarship has represented the company’s continued commitment to education, opportunity, and community support.

Scholarship Applicant Qualifications
Applicant must be a high school senior attending one of the three high schools in Williamsburg County.
One scholarship winner will be selected from each high school.
Applicant must be graduating in the spring.
Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Applicant must complete the scholarship application and assigned essay topic.
Applicant must be enrolled in an accredited college or university by September 1 of the year the scholarship is awarded.
